Upon arrival the restaurant led by maxence is at the appointment. reception, service is warm and of quality. civil servants are all associated and the concept is rather friendly and is recognized in the relationship. entries and dishes that change regularly are rather clever (harengs and beets, sandstone with cauliflower purée) and play on a balance with a little acidity as a brand of manufacture to give tasty dishes. desserts (cream and compote) are also pleasant. What a lovely experience. The staff were wonderful explaining everything to us and the food was superb. Presentation and taste off the charts. We both totally enjoyed this restaurant.
