This was our first visit to Freddy's, and we stumbled upon it while heading to another destination. I couldn’t resist trying the chili cheese dog, which turned out to be delicious—even though I know it probably isn't the best choice for me! Grandpa and my daughter both ordered burgers and really enjoyed them. We also shared a medium sundae, and we sampled all the flavors. The medium size was more than enough for us, so it was a good idea to eat the sundaes first; it made it easier to save the other food for later on our journey. This is definitely an incredible place to stop!
I took my fiance to get a hotdog and they wanted to play games with us and gave my woman a chili cheese hot dog inside of hamburger buns. The manager Ian was laughing at us and did it intentionally. Anyone that wants to take their lover or family on a nice date night. PLEASE don’t take them here, and if you know Ian. He is a terrible man, good job for ruining our appetites IAN and the rest of the freddys crew off sunset blvd
Waited in the drive-through line for 10 minutes and was greeted with an attitude A man walked out the back door and glared at us Then turned around with an attitude and shut the back door), obviously was waiting for me to leave and when I didn’t the lady was very rude on the intercom, so I left because I knew whatever I asked for was going to be made wrong, or I would be told that they were out of it.
Horrible experience! I asked for a chilli cheese hot dog. Waited over 15 minutes for it and received a hot dog in between two burger buns! When I asked about it, was told that I said I was fine with two hamburger buns instead of a hot dog bun because they ran out. Why in the world would I be okay with that ?! I will not come back to this location the atmosphere was totally off.

I visited on New Year's Eve for lunch with my family and had a wonderful experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were fantastic. The person who took my order was very friendly, and I believe he was the manager. The dining area could have been a bit cleaner, but given how busy they were, I understand why it wasn't perfect.
Freddy's is fantastic! On my first visit, I encountered an employee who was likely the happiest and friendliest person I've ever met. I've had the same experience every time I've returned. The food is great as well! The fries are crispy, and the burgers are delicious. I highly recommend it!

I ordered a patty melt in the drive thru. When I got home I opened the box and the sandwich had NO BREAD! I don't see any way that this could have been a simple mistake. I won't be going back
