The hamburgers and fries were very good. My biggest complaint/concern is the fact that there were buckets of ice cream sitting on the floor and at first I thought they just needed to be thrown out but then I saw multiple workers serving ice cream tocustomers out them. They were very melted and did not look sanitary whatsoever. I'm not exactly sure what the rules andregulations state about this kind of thing but I feel something was not being done properly. This place was crowded, the service was slow, and the food was excessively greasy—literally dripping with grease! I tried to soak it up with more than seven napkins, but it didn’t help at all. I should have asked for a refund, but instead, we just left. I don’t recommend this restaurant and we will definitely not be coming back. Very disappointed with the food!
First time eating at the Shepardsville, KY location. Great atmosphere, employees were very friendly. I had a great dinner experience and will visit on my next trip through. You can not get a tractor/trailer in the resturant parking lot, but you canpark in the lot beside them with plenty of room to get around.
I found bugs in my food, which had never happened to me before. It completely ruined my appetite. I expected a full refund for my meal but was only reimbursed for the burger, with no apology offered. The staff seemed irritated with me. This was my first visit to Freddy’s and it will definitely be my last.

First time customer…Food was ok. An employee that took my order was very rude. Aggressively took my money. This guy should not be working in customer service. Tall, chubby, white guy. At the end of my order he says rudely is that it…I HOPE IT IS!!! What a nasty person! Won’t be back.
The service here is excellent and quick. They take care to get orders right and are very friendly. The only drawback is the parking situation, which can be tricky for larger vehicles. The lot is small, and there are tight turns, so be careful around the curbs.
After a disappointing first visit and some communication with customer service, my second experience at Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers was fantastic. Everything was just right! I’m definitely coming back to try the frozen custard!
This is a fantastic restaurant for a family dinner; we enjoy it every time we visit. Kid-friendliness: The new kids' meal bags and toys are absolutely adorable!
