Staff friendly and don't rush you. Nice place and very clean. The drink was really, really good. Have eaten here on a previous visit, and that was good too. Parking: There is plenty free parking at the freeport shopping centre site. Just have to walk through shops to the cafe, but it is quite central in the shops. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramped entrence which is almost flat. It is fairly spacious, so you can get around, and you can move tables slightly if needed depending on where you choose to sit. Called today and our first two choices from menu were unavailable so settled for 2 warm sausage rolls and 2 teas. The sausage rolls were blasted in microwave and were too hot to handle, (no cutlery/napkins provided) and the pastry was very limp. We were given the minutist amount of milk with the tea and charged £10.90 for the privilege. Obviously will not be returning. Had the full English yesterday and it was very nice. Good sized helping and although the mushrooms were not as cooked as you might usually expect, they were actually very tasty, I think I actually preferred them a little firmer. Arabica coffee is 100 percent. I adore it very much, but their service in responding to messages is bad service through the website. Please amend this situation because it is disgusting to customers.
