I have to be honest: while staying at Point Pleasant Beach with my family, they headed out to the Boardwalk for a meal. Meanwhile, I was sticking to a strict diet of protein and vegetables, which made it challenging to find something to eat in the area. While at the hotel, I discovered this restaurant on DoorDash. I thought I’d give it a try, so I customized my own salad, adding some chicken, avocado, and other acceptable ingredients, and chose a Sriracha dressing. The total came to about $17 with tax, and I expected a small serving since it's beachside and prices tend to be inflated. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, not because of the food, but because of an employee. She provided the wrong sauce for the Black Bean Bowl, substituted pickled cucumbers for the pickled red onions, forgot the chicken I requested, overlooked the avocado my cousin ordered, and my cousin didn't receive any black beans in her Black Bean Bowl! It's a shame because the food was delicious, but the experience was marred by the need to remind an employee about their own menu items.
This place serves healthy bowls similar to Chipotle or Qdoba, located by the shore. Unfortunately, the food lacked flavor, and some of the ingredients were mushy. However, the staff was friendly, which is why I gave it two stars.
I think it was a little pricey but it was worth it! It was absolutely delicious everything was so fresh and it was more that I could eat in one sitting, so it was like getting two meals. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
