I am not sure why this specific restaurant location has received such low star ratings. I recently ordered delivery from here and had a very positive experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, even calling to ask about my dietary restrictions and patiently discussing suitable options with me. I never felt rushed or undervalued as a customer. I ultimately chose a bowl with rice, broccoli, avocado, edamame, and carrots with a lime cilantro dressing, which hit the spot and was reasonably priced. This place is inside an office building on the first floor and quite spacious. They've got Tims alongside so you're all sorted. Food and menu are quite good. Enjoy a bowl of veggies for a great price here. Not sure why this place has lower reviews but it's my go to freshii location. Always have had a great experience. The lady that's usually there always makes my bowl perfect. The perfect ratio of ingredients and the perfect ratio of sauce to noodles. Very friendly and great customer service as well. Only downside is the hours but makes sense since its in an office building.

Beware working for Freshii on this location. The management hires new staff to “train” and not compensate anything for the amount of hours being hands on the job. The person who I personally know work a whole 5 days and end not getting any pay or hired.
Terrible service. Nickel and dime you. Charged a dollar for extra sauce when every other location charges $0.50 max. The guy at the cash had no customer service skills whatsoever. Advise to other customers. Go to another location.
Everything was great, just be aware that the restaurant is located inside an office building.
