The owner of this restaurant is extremely welcoming and friendly. The food is fantastic, although a bit expensive, but worth it. It's a great option for a quick and healthy meal. The staff always greet you with a kind smile and the service is fast, perfect for a short lunch break. The owner shows genuine care and concern for customers, making sure to provide good food and service. He even remembers regular customers and informs them of wait times accurately. Visiting this restaurant always brightens my day, as it is more than just a place to eat - it's a wonderful experience.
food was good. but I ordered the daily special wrap. the lad working charged me 8.99. when I informed him I only got the wrap he stated that it comes up 8.99 cause thats the only way he knows how to enter the daily deal. basic math 7.99 plus tax equals $9.08. I paid $10.16. after again asking him WHY im paying more h said that's the price. Was not impressed. especially when there were 2 staff there and both didn't seem to have an actual answer to the extra charge.
I went today July 22 to Freshi around 4 pmWe ordered over the counter and I order teriyaki twist bowl and paid $3 extra for steak only to find barely any steak in my bowl,Our bill came up to $25 for just bowls of vegetables, we went and talk to the girls and they didn’t do anything just looked at us and talked amongst each other.. very poor costumer service and experience.
Had lunch with my family here. There were lots of healthy options, the gentlemen behind the counter was extremely polite and made a custom small bowl of vegetables for my daughter. He was extremely accommodating. Food was great and the customer service was amazing as well. We are coming back.
The gentleman that works there is extremely friendly and customer service oriented. It was obvious that my bowl was made with love. You can tell that he enjoys working there and takes pride in the work that he does! 10/10 the best freshii location!
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and knowledgeable. I found the falafel teriyaki bowl to be reasonably priced for the portion size. It was exactly what I was looking for for lunch today. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
I am sorry, but having to make my own salad was already disappointing. The online cashier was the final disappointment. Overall rating for food: 1 out of 5.
Everything was fresh. Found my steak tex-mex wrap was lacking flavour especially towards the end. Wife enjoyed her buffalo bowl with chicken.Food: 4/5
