I love freshii it is my favourite food chain, but this is the worst location I have been to. I have ordered from this location a few times and not once had my order been correct. Today I ordered my usual umamii salad. It came with no rice, no carrots and no avocado.Last time this happened I drove to the store (after ordering delivery on skip) and they were very gracious and understanding, and gave me a new salad for free. I am writing this review however, because I do not want to have to complain that the order is wrong each time, it should made right the first time.
after tireless call another Freshii site and no one who took the phone, this place was here to save the day! Beyond that was my great order (with many substitutions etc). perfect, service was so friendly (they even went beyond and beyond by helping me to load it in my car and especially they lived up to the franchisee name. I'm not shy, nothing was about drunk or shortened toppings- it was the freshii we all grew to love. well done!
The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and knowledgeable. I found the falafel teriyaki bowl to be reasonably priced for the portion size. It was exactly what I was looking for for lunch today. I would give the food a rating of 5 out of 5.
Love Freshi but this location continues to disappoint. Meals made incorrectly, poor customer service, and no indication of improvement despite feedback from the community. I will drive the 15 min to the closest other location moving forward. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Favourite place to grab lunch in Bradford ! Staff is friendly and quick, food is delish !I love the Satay and Bamboo bowl, always fresh delicious and great portion size!Try the Coconut Chia Pudding! Delish and not too sweet!
Fantastic location! Great service and food. Order is always accurate (my usual is a Fiesta salad with no avocado and dressing on the side) and ready when I arrive. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Love Freshii but this location is terrible. 1st time my wife got rotten lettuce in her salad and this time they forgot to add the sauce for our bowls. We will not be going back.
