It is important for the staff to listen and respect the customers. In particular, the two Indian ladies working today (July 19) at 1 pm did not follow our order instructions, as they refused to add honey to our drink. It is understandable that they are still learning, but they should work on improving their customer service skills.

I always choose Freshii when I want to eat healthy. It's my top pick for fast food, although it may not be as flavorful as McDonald's. You can't eat McDonald's every day, but you can definitely enjoy Freshii daily without worrying about having a heart attack. Remember, health is wealth!

I am frustrated with the lack of consistency in the menu at this restaurant. Some days I am unable to order a smoothie, while other days I cannot order a sandwich. The customer service is also poor, and I am concerned about the fact that the owners allow employees to work alone.

I generally visit this location twice a week and order my usual Cobb Salad Wrap. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. The service team there, led by Nav, is always cheerful and anticipates my normal order. The food is always of very good quality.

I ordered oaxaca falafel bowl and it was delicious. Clean place and friendly staff . Food is a bit expensive but worth a try. Must visit place.Love to visit again there
