UPDATE: In response to the owner's comments, I emailed them on Friday, August 5th, 2022, and it's now been a week with absolutely no reply! Are they just trying to improve their image with comments on Google reviews? I'm really let down. FINAL UPDATE: It’s now October 3, 2022, and I still haven’t received a response to my email as the owner suggested. There seems to be no effort to resolve this issue. It's all just smoke and mirrors.
I absolutely love Freshii! My favorite items are the Spicy Lemongrass soup and the Freshii Green smoothie; they are my staples all year round. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I always know I can count on high-quality food and service when I visit. This location has been my go-to spot for a healthy and delicious meal in Stouffville for at least three years now.
This location is usually always clean. The only downfall is that their service can be slow sometimes as there is usually only two or sometimes only one worker and during peak lunch hours, do expect a bit of a wait. Otherwise, food is consistent and feelgood about ordering from here because of the cleanliness and sanitation of this location. Staff are also friendly.

This location is generally clean. The only downside is that service can occasionally be slow, as there are usually only one or two staff members working, especially during lunch breaks. Aside from that, the food is consistently good, and I feel confident ordering here due to the cleanliness and hygiene of the place. The staff are also friendly.
The food is consistently tasty, but spending nearly $35 on two bowls and then being charged $1.25 extra for a small container of sauce is poor customer service. There should be a limit on the number of sauces per order, but customers shouldn't have to pay $1.25 for such a tiny amount.
This Freshii location is fantastic—they always welcome you with smiles and positive energy. They pay close attention to your order, even if it’s customized, and are very accommodating. The falafels are consistently delicious! I highly recommend trying the Baja bowl with falafel!
