Friedrich Herbert - Tisch resevieren

Wir sind über dieses versteckte Juwel gestolpert, während wir die Rückkehr aus Grad, Slowenien, Österreich abgewogen haben. Der Service war einwandfrei und das Essen ausgezeichnet! In der 4. Generation im Besitz/Betrieb mit frischen Lebensmitteln vom Familienbauernhof. Das Gebäude hat eine lange Geschichte und war ursprünglich ein...Schuhschustermarkt. Ich hatte die „Schweinemedaillons in knuspriger Kruste, Kürbiskerne mit Petersilien-Kartoffeln“ serviert und dazu ein Glas Weißwein getrunken. Das Gegenteil ist für ihre Steirershorts bekannt, meist für das Öl aus Gleichen. Ich empfehle dieses wunderschöne Restaurant, auch wenn das bedeutet, dass man sich viel Mühe geben muss!!!

for many years I visit this restaurant. it is always a great joy to come here. the cordiality of the family friedrich is simply contagious. her love for detail without the usual buckling taste is remarkable. only a few tables, a dense atmosphere, exclusive regional delicacies and selected wine from the environment are the recipe for success. the focus on the region, its farms and the local population is seeking equal. criminal salts from the place, bauernbrot, partly self-contained vegetables, a great quality of meat, brain bernensect and much more make simply joy. for lovers of ground and good eating simply has to. a reservation is recommended. please, wee!

the name wetshaus could simply be called "fishing for compliments". We were rarely allowed to enjoy such an excellent cuisine in the East Styria. Last Sunday we were able to enjoy a fantastic selection of desserts next to black medallions on eierschwammerl, wobble roast and an excellent bark soup. Here the offer of classic marillenmarmeladepalatschinken was enough to a delicious zimtparfait. I would like to express a very big praise at this place to the service staff! really great and especially attentive!!

friedrich is the best house in the sense of the East Styria (if not the entire Styria.) wonderful personal and attentive service. the senior manager is a gastronomic genie - a host like he is in the book.The dips from regional ingredients, also from own farming, are perfectly prepared, tastefully outstanding. also good: the Friedrich-Bier. Während unseres Teamevents haben wir im Gasthaus Friedrich zu Mittag gegessen und es war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Die Reservierung und die Kommunikation davor verliefen reibungslos und alle unsere Anfragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Der Service und das Essen waren ausgezeichnet, wahrscheinlich eines der besten lokalen Restaurants. im Gegenteil! Wir kommen jeden Tag wieder!

During our team event we had lunch at Wirtshaus Friedrich and it was excellent from start to finish. The reservation and communication beforehand went smoothly and all our requests were answered promptly. The service and food was outstanding, probably one of the best local restaurants in the area by far! We would come back any day!

very nice host. beautiful, well-maintained ambiente in the guest rooms. grounded, good kitchen, the chefin cook mostly itself. for us it has been a pleasure to return to the friedrich for years!
