Had a craving for Friendly's since I haven’t had it in forever, and since this is the closest one to me (and only one around), I decided to head in! Our server Stephanie was phenomenal! She was extremely nice, had great suggestions when I couldn’t decide what I wanted…of course she suggested the Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt (which is what I was leaning towards) and it did not disappoint! She was attentive and took great care of our table! It’s so nice to see that servers like Stephanie still exist willing to give it their all even when places are busy and short handed. I’d happily come back, especially if I know she’s working!
Love this location! Our server Stephanie was phenomenal! The best service we have had in a long time. She was very knowledgeable and gave special attention to the children and elderly in our party. My grandmother, who is very frail and doesn't get out much, was infatuated with Stephanie, and she did not make us feel like we were ever a bother. She was personable and gave great recommendations, she even made our sundaes extra special. We will be returning and requesting to sit in her section! The food was fresh and flavorful, portions wee decent and you can't beat the price!
I wanted to take a short bite to eat with my children and they were determined to go to ease. So I've been chasing. we set ourselves fast, our server stephanie was fast at the table. she brought us in, fed and faster than expected. I was impressed that she didn't even have to write something that didn't even make a mistake with our accusations. the whole staff was great, the manager even came out to ask us how we do it. She was really great with the kids.
I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat with my kids and they were determined to go to Friendly's. So I caved. We got seated quickly our server Stephanie was fast to the table. She got us in, fed and out quicker than I expected. I was impressed that she didn't even need to write anything down didn't make a mistake even with our requests. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. We had Justice as our waiter and he really knows what he’s doing, and you can tell making the customers happy is his main priority. Food at friendly’s is always tremendous and you can never go wrong with such a classic restaurant. overall has a great time and great experience. I highly suggest requesting Justice as your waiter.

I highly recommend coming here. The restaurant is great for both kids and adults. And don't miss out on the mini Motts and cheesy waffle fries - they are a must-try!
We love going to Friendly's, especially when Wendy is our server. She fit right in with our family's sense of humor and provided excellent service- quick, attentive, and ensuring everything was just right. We had a wonderful dining experience, with delicious food and perfect ice cream. We'll definitely be returning and asking for Wendy again.

I ordered the Philly steak and cheese melt, but was disappointed to find it lacking in meat. Stephanie, the manager, did a great job and promptly issued a refund. I will be dining in from now on, as the experience was much better. Overall, I am very happy today!
