Went through the drive thru tonight and had an absolute amazing experience. From the time we pulled up to place our order we were met with a kind and cheerful voice. Brittni answered all my questions , and if certain items were available. When we pulled around to pay, Brittni had a smile and was super kind. Handed us our drink asked if we needed sauces. The whole interaction with her was nothing but wonderful. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air. Hands down the best I have had in a long time. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience. Thank you so much Brittni! You rock! P.s. the food was hot and fresh too.
shana was a great face and experience for a company I believed was dead and food I would never taste again. she was well gifted and very informed about the status of the restaurant as well as other places. as a child this was the place after the church and I never thought I would see it again. as greeted by shana, and all she deserves to run this place, and I would be back if I knew this and make the journey weekly all the way out here. it was amazing chance to find. but shana made it like all the times when I was a child and brought the nostalgia to live. thanks shana and fresh!
Our waitress, Shana, was friendly and attentive. The 5 stars are based solely on the service.The all-you-can-eat seafood buffet was, to be kind, disappointing. It has limited and unappealing options, below-average food quality and is a poor value. I would give the buffet 2 stars just for it being all-you-can-eat. I would not get it again.
The good: clean, great service.The bad: food portions appeared to be smaller and Prices up. I had the fish dinner, sadly..little fishsticks. And the cost of the salad bar as add on is ? crazy.. I took a look at it as a maybe. A lot less on the bar than there used to be so pass. Good luck with that. To much for too little.
