Stop in while visiting Louisville. Should’ve gone on by. Out of practically everything. Ham, pasta, pancakes, turkey, everything. Waitress came back to table twice because…..yep, out. What did come was, well, very underwhelming. This is NOT a Big Boy restaurant in the Shoney’s vein. Its a bad restaurant in the cant ever recommend vein. Ever.
I grew up on Bob's big boys as a kid. So I was surprised at the poor quality of my food. I ordered a simple bacon cheeseburger, fries, and shake. My fries were cold, the burger was warm but flavorful and the shake machine was broken. I prepaid but the price was not adjusted. Two of the three stars are for the nice lady at the window.
Ordered a BLT burger platter. Cole slaw came first. It was tasty. Then ca.w the fries. They too were good. Finally they served me a BLT. Not a BLT burger. They took the BLT back and eventually came the burger with cheese. No BLT. AND THE BURGER WAS IN 3 PIECES. OVERCOOKED AND THE BUN FELL APART.
Too many unavailable items on the menu. I wish they would bring back the Brawny Lad but they say they can't get the brown buns. It's the best onion rings in town. Not cheap food, but certainly not as expensive as most. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

I stopped a quick lunch. the food was hot and came fast. the service was very helpful and friendly. would recommend it to everyone.
