We live in a friendly neighborhood of Roussillon where all the neighbors know each other well, sit down under any pretext: a service, a petanque competition, plums, figs, emergency calls for a course accident.. and in these Voisins, there are several nationalities including Belges!ti super nice!... so we all wanted to celebrate the end of the summer! by a decaying light: we got REGALE! We received a warm welcome, the Couple who holds this restaurant is very kind and very helpful, and smiling. we were about twenty, we were served quickly.. and it was delicious as much in the plate as on these places that lit up with little lights inviting to stay chat.. it is an original evening really!
We went there a night with friends. Two of the friends had already gone. Habited to American fast food, they had been pleasantly surprised. So we went to 4. At the outset we were all disappointed. The Belgian fries did not convince us of their nationality, and the rest was very fat and sweet. Obviously, given the frame, we were not expecting a large kitchen. On the other hand, we would at least have liked to find the country's fries. Not wanting to stay on that bad impression, we tried to go back. Unfortunately, the other two times, the truck was closed for lack of a customer.
As much as the first time I had not been disappointed, the second was not up to my first experience at vince. If my dish was suitable, my friend's dish on the other hand was a little light for the price, I don't know if it was because they were missing fries at that time, but both of us looked at each other and we thought the same thing about the amount of fries offered with the dish that she ordered.Bref, maybe a bad day, but I can't put a better note because of it.
Every time we go to the corners of Apt (to visit the Provencal colorado for example); We're always stopping at the Cht'i friery at Vince's. The reception is at the height of the reputation of the northists!! We eat well and in quantity without being ruined (especially in family. Fries are fresh and it feels (it's so rare. The Vince is huge and so good!!! I recommend this address without hesitation!!!!

Every time I go, I'm never disappointed!! It's just great and delicious!! Their fries are perfect and provided in large quantities and if we don't have enough fries, just asked and they frankly reserve us I love!
Simple and exotic this big truck with its wooden terrace. The preparation of these fries deserves the detour at least once! It is in a sinking at the entrance of 'APT with easy parking.
