I don 't like leaving negative comments but unfortunately I have to do so this time. Me and my partner are good customers, generally we have been going there from time to time for almost a year and normally everything goes well. On the other hand, I went there last night and it was one time too many! Very disappointed with the preparation, I called around 7 p.m. to place an order and have time to collect it, I have a 30-minute drive, so a long drive! I arrive and of course order half ready, wait almost 15 minutes. A former loyal customer too often disappointed by the lack of professionalism and consideration.
