I contacted Fritz's in Langhorne, PA less than a week before my daughter's high school graduation to order a cake and cookies for her post-ceremony celebration. I was unsure about the flavors, cake size, icing colors, etc. Both of the young ladies I spoke to on the phone were very polite and helpful. When I picked up the cake and the colors weren't exactly how I imagined, the employees quickly fixed it and made it look perfect within 5 minutes. The chocolate cake with chocolate fudge icing (my daughter's favorite) was fresh and delicious, as were the cookies. The outstanding customer service and delicious desserts have definitely earned my repeat business. I will be back for sure.
We went to this restaurant four times during our five-night stay because it was THAT good! The most difficult part was deciding what to order each morning. We tried the cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting, sticky buns (with cream cheese frosting and walnut/raisin toppings), and a cheese danish. There was no seating available, so we had to eat in the car. I know I will have to eat healthier after indulging in these treats, but it was absolutely worth it.
The cinnamon sticky buns at this restaurant are fantastic, especially with raisins and nuts. If you ask the clerk nicely, they may give you extra goo from the pan. The dough is delicious and light. I also tried a butter cake, which was flavorful but a bit more liquidy than I prefer. I added some homegrown strawberries to it, which made it even better. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I love this place! I ordered a confetticake with Spider-Man buttercream design for my son 6th birthday. the design was adorable and the cake tasted amazing. the people who work there are very patient and super easy to work; not to mention super reasonable prices! I will never order a cake!
