We were there one evening average desserts on offer terrible customer service not helpful, friendly or knowledgable about the products on offer. When your a patron your not just paying for the food it's the service too so based on this I will most likely take my business to friendly staff as service then naturally follows I most cases. There is another Frozen Yogurt place at Hilary's on the other side and it's amazing
This is a Mix N Go Fro Yo outlet - located in an arcade near Toppolino's.After visiting the Lake Joondalup outlet a few days ago, I couldn't resist another tub of yoghurt at after lunch today at Hillarys Harbour.Chose banana, chocolate and vanilla flavours plus some nuts, chocolate pieces and jelly beans - once you have all the ingredients the tub is weighed which then works out the cost.Not bad at all...recommended.
I had blueberry, raspberry, watermelon & chocolate yoghurts plus passionfruit boba. Not bad at all. Each flavour does taste as what it should be. Love the passionfruit boba. It pops as soon as you put it in your mouth, very refreshing.

I love a nice Frozen yoghurt but recently the last couple of times when I have gone here some of the staff have had rather poor customer service skills.
They have nice creamy froyo here, though there is less variety compared with some other froyo places. There's an extensive selection of toppings.
