Quiet spot for a good evening meal. Set amongst a residential area just outside La Cala de Mijas. Easy walk from our accommodation. Small, basic restaurant in terms of decor and style. Not particularly busy the evening we visited, mainly couples 50 years plus. Simple menu, approx. 6 dishes for starters main course. Good portion size, homely, tasty cooking at reasonable prices. It isn’t lively but a pleasant experience with friendly staff.
Very good tasty home cooked food at a reasonable price enjoyed the pork sweet n sour , my wife had the Ty curry, my son the sea bream and my sons friend the Ty curry also , excellent service and the waiter was a very nice chap who spent time talking too us enjoyed it was lovely
We have been visiting The Frog since it first opened and always get great food and service. I often come here alone and always find someone else to chat with, it’s not to formal, it’s like a friendly local with lots of regular people and great staff
La comida era excelente, los anfitriones eran amables y el ambiente era acogedor. Cuando el chef viene a escuchar tus pedidos, sabes que estará bueno. Comíamos carne y estaba tan tierna que se deshacía en la boca.

Cocina casera de calidad. El servicio es muy bueno con el servidor Dominique, políglota, muy agradable y muy atento. Y una buena nota para el jefe también que es el cocinero.

El restaurante francés que hacer en la comarca del Faro y Cala de Mijas. Abierto por la tarde de 17 a 20 horas.
Comida realmente deliciosa y servicio muy amable. Definitivamente vale la pena.
