I went through the drive through which is very poorly designed. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a raspberry shake. The burger was pretty good but over priced. The shake.. *sigh* it was probably one of the worst ones I've ever had. There was next to 0% raspberry flavor in it and about 40 mins after drinking maybe half of it, I legit ran to my bathroom at home. I do have some dietary issues and well aware of what I can and can no consume. That shake destroyed my stomach and consequently, my bathroom. I don't enjoy writing harsh reviews and rarely do but this was my first and last visit to this place. There is another burger and shake place in Auburn that is a drive thru and it's amazing.....
The employee at the window seemed quite unhappy. As I arrived, he was taking an order and once he finished, he started to speak negatively about the customer. He then went on to voice his frustrations about the payment system. After I paid, I was prompted to leave a tip. The food was acceptable; the fries were similar to those at McDonald's, but the burger was underwhelming. It tasted like a slightly improved Whopper, but it had way too much mayo. Additionally, they should reconsider their pricing, as a cheeseburger meal costs over $10. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to visit this place.
I've only ever been to the one in Port Angeles so I was excited when I saw this one here in Auburn. I took some friends last night and we got a good selection of burgers and shakes. The food was delicious. It hits perfectly after a long day playing around in the sun. The gal that took our order and gave us our food was really sweet. Will definitely be coming back.
Frugals is worth the drive. Such delicious food, I love the bacon cheeseburger and the halibut sandwich, their fries are my favorite kind and their milkshakes are so delicious. Great place to grab a milkshake and a burger. Pretty simple really, good food, good prices. The fries are a bit disappointing, but I am not going there for that.
Not sure who Michelle is, hopefully not management. But she is rude and doesn't seem to care about her job. Definitely doesn't care about customers. Replace her.
The restaurant offers convenient access and quick entry and exit. The prices are competitive, the food is delicious, and there is a great variety on the menu.
