Tried this place for the very first time and it was really nice, I've put it off for years and I regret it. The staff were lovely and friendly despite it being busy and the tables were very clean. I got scampi and chips with mushy peas, a slice of bread and a pot of tea for less than £10. I'll definitely be returning the next time I'm down there well worth every penny and I'll be sure to get some photos of the food for the next review.
Went in to see if the food is halal, turns out: 1. all their menu is halal. 2. The food is DELICIOUS and is honestly some of the best I have had in the UK (tried 8 food items and they all were AMAZING to say the least) 3. the staff is sooooooo friendly and awesome that it made the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend the place and I would give it 10 stars if I can.
Me and my wife visit as often as possible and it has to be the best fish and chips in the North east half the price of colemans and twice as good lovely people lovely service and nice little touches ,ps don't change a thing

Lovely fish shop and cafe but people want to keep their noses out of people's business Complaining for a child playing happily. Get a life.
Best fish and chips I ever had, comfy atmosphere, great music, friendly staff. Definitely coming back.
