My friend made us a reservation for 9:15 PM, and due to me being horrible at timing (and the consistent Las Vegas construction )even though they showed up on time, I was about 15 minutes late (9:30) . Last call was at 10 o’clock but luckily they honored our reservation and they were very nice and accommodating. The dishes were all absolutely delicious, and came out in a very timely manner. I highly recommend the yellowtail, sashimi, and the truffle fried rice. Staff was amazing, atmosphere was a 10 out of 10, and the food was five star.
I was charged $5 for a drink that was essentially just ice when I ordered an Old Fashioned. They also added a $5 surcharge for a vodka martini, which they referred to as a "bump." Everything else was fantastic, but these ridiculous charges really spoiled the experience. When I brought it up, the manager asked, "Do you know where you are?" I answered, "Las Vegas," and then he asked, "Where do you live?" I said, "Here!" It felt like such an insult.
An absolutely amazing dining experience! The atmosphere, the service and of course the food was impeccable. Each serving was a work of art and rich with flavors. I hadn't eaten seafood in over 10 years and I was completely overwhelmed with how great the food was at Fuhu. Don't miss out. Marcos and his team, back and front of the house, are great ?.
The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but the vibe felt a bit off. The seating arrangement is unusual and gives the impression that you're dining in the bar area, even though it's the main restaurant. While the place is visually attractive, the prices are quite high, and it didn't feel particularly special given the cost.

We had a reservation and when I walked up, hostess was very rude and cold. We waited for table and got sat next to kitchen with many open tables. The service is bad and I spoke with the manager before leaving, not sure he’ll actually do anything, this place has traffic from being in Resort World, go to another….
Came food my birthday was super excited to try this restaurant I thought it would've been more of a restaurant than a bar with a couple tables food was mid and for the price was kind of disappointing about 70% of my lamb was fat the fried rice was alright very nice ambiance tho
We loved our waiter, and we let him assemble our whole order. The only concern is that we indicated we needed to leave at a certain time, and that was not something that worked out for our show!
We ordered a few appetizers along with several specialty sushi rolls. "Bland" is an understatement.
