Fuji Sushi Steak House serves exquisite Japanese cuisine, beautifully presented on each plate. The authentic dishes are not only delicious but also melt in your mouth. The staff is friendly and cheerful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Perfect for families, this restaurant never fails to impress!
The food was decent, but I felt that everything was overly drenched in sauce. The salad was swimming in dressing, while the onion soup, fried rice, and mixed vegetables were quite enjoyable. Overall, there were some highlights, but the heavy use of sauce was a bit much for my taste.
The food, service, and prices were good. We enjoyed a birthday party at the hibachi grill. Only drawbacks are reservations are not taken, and your entire party has to be present before you can be seated at the grill, so a surprise birthday party was not happening.
I've been celebrating my birthday at Fuji for the last five years, and each time has been wonderful. They truly make the evening special!
