cold eating and poor service. eight of us have been sitting in the night. five of us ordered hibachi dishes that were cold and that eat moderately. the food was reheated, but it was barely served warm again and the tellers were a chaos. the other three in our group enjoyed their meal, which were mostly sushi rolls and sashimi. very nice waitress, but she was inconspicuous and had the dirty dishes stacked throughout the whole meal. there was literally no room for the escape when they were served. we had to stack dirty dishes to make space and the server did not delete them yet. I was so excited to eat again at fuji after I missed it for 3 years. what a farewell.
First glance walking into the building. Seems clean but no atmosphere. Back part of restaurant filled with boxes. The reasturant itself was cold, did not take my coat off. I ordered the Steak and Shrimp Hibachi. Salad very good, miso soup good and hot. Dinner on the other hand was served and it was cold. Ordered my steak medium rare it was over cooked and welldone. My wife and sons meals were also served cold. Dissapointed for the amount of money spent.
The place was clean, the service not so slow. We ordered Godzilla, lady love and the one with mango on top! They were big so I kept half of them for later, I ate them 5 hours later and they tasted as good as new. We had Shumai and Gyoza also. We were two and the proce hit 62 dollar...a little bit high but somehow worth trying once every several monthsSo expensive for weekends but good for special occasions.
You only had a Christmas meal here with my family. It was fantastic. Food was excellent and everyone was very attentive. That's the second time we were here, and we'll be back. The sushi is part of the best in the area and some of its reels are very inventive. My mother and my brother have Hibachi and they have a lot of food. Overall, it is definitely recommended on my list of restaurants.

This place is great! It is definitively one of my favorite places around to have delicious sashimi and sushi, but if you don't like the raw fish they offer hibachi style meals also. Everything is very well portioned and the atmosphere is great as well as the drinks. I recommend sitting at the sushi bar to see some off the menu creations made by very skilled sushi chefs.
This restaurant continues to impress! It's a fantastic spot for sushi. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress Connie was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our drinks, salads, and sushi arrived promptly and were all delicious. We will definitely be returning! We even loved the large lucky cat on the bar, we had never seen one like it before.
The first visit left a good first impression. Sashimi was very fresh. I've never had white tuna. I don't think it's offered in some more familiar places I visited and is now a favorite.
Very good sushi, really nice building and atmosphere. Only problem there is no parking lot, on street parking only. Located in the heart of downtown Pittstonn.

Had lunch here for the First time. Food was delicious, old building is restored and looked amazing inside. Five stars!
I have ordered sushi from Fuji several times. They have a great selection and don’t disappoint on flavor.
