Disappointment: order delivered late (Wednesday 10 March) with more than 30 minutes late, I called several times to know the delivery follow-up (apologies were made face to face I want to specify it); I couldn't eat immediately I noticed that the order was not respected: I ordered a menu 23 and menu 24, i.e. assortment, I noticed that there was only salmon and tuna in sashimi. I asked several times sweet and salty sauce, it was missing one. I also specified vinegar rice on one of the 2 menus, result: rice nature. I also ordered gyôzas: dry, very disappointed. And all this, I wrote it black on white by SMS, so no excuse. When you can't honor an order, you can't deliver anything, but you'd rat...
I eat regularly in this restaurant and I have never been disappointed: everything is fresh and good, whether sushi, maki or brochettes. The team is friendly and smiling, and the orders are prepared quickly.
I find the value for money excellent. The service is fast, the pleasant setting, friendly staff and the convenient internet site during confinement. I recommend!
