coming with a friend for a lunch before returning to work, we were surprised at the waiting length before the service, just for the ordering. The dishes are good, even if I've already eaten in better Japanese. The staff is not very kind, a waitress (in chief I suppose) literally hangs on the others to give his instructions.Brussels, I don't think I'll come back.
I am going fairly regularly in this Japanese restaurant and the quality is constant (good) and I feel that the service is improving gradually. food is excellent (nb: never tasted at desserts), fast service. the little negative point is that the room is a little noisy.
10 microlammelles of warm fish and 3 tablespoons of rice for a chirashi at 15€ is really excessive. Maki also warms because prepared on the moment with very classic hot rice recipes (1 mini piece of cucumber or maki salmon). Very disappointing!
