Well I like this place having visited last year a few times and was keen to get back and enjoy with my partner on her first visit to Montreux. We visited twice and both visits were disappointing. First was ruined by a group of what...appeared to be local men who were old enough to know better. Their behaviour was quiet outrageous as they got more and more inebriated and spent a couple of hours constantly pushing and shoving at the bar area. This reached a peak when I was nearly knocked off my chair. To stop this I stood up and called over the bouncer who simply ignored me. We went in because the atmosphere looked fantastic. We asked if we could sit at the bar and say wherever you want. No one ever offered to take our order, the bartender and two other gentleman behind the bar talking business and... never confirmed us. We finally asked if we could make an order. Not friendly, extremely slow service. There was only another table. As we were willing to leave another couple and was immediately recognized. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Very expensive, sandwich $35
Ich habe von diesem Ort gehört und beschlossen, ihn mir anzusehen, während wir in der Stadt waren. Wir hatten jeweils ein alkoholfreies Getränk und teilten uns zu viert eine Vorspeise. Die Rechnung betrug 125 Franken. Was? Wir wussten nicht, dass es eine Schutzgebühr gab. Es gab nichts Glutenfreies auf der Speisekarte, also habe ich nur die Oliven gegessen, die zum Tisch gehörten. Die Musik war gut und es hat Spaß gemacht, den Leuten zuzuschauen. Für uns war es ein einmaliges Erlebnis.
Nice place in nice hotel, food was pretty good nice drinks but the artists oh no. first guy was really good, jazz guitarist just what we were expecting then it got really cheesy ending up with a poor version of sinatra and god forbid girl...from ipanema. fortunately that was his last act cause nobody clapped. if you go make sure you know who is playing cause frankly we wanted quality jazz or blues but not a wedding mix.

The staff here were so nice, welcoming and friendly! We celebrated my husbands birthday with a few drinks and snacks before dinner at Montreux Jazz Cafe next door. Great ambience and live music, and they were nice enough to give us a lovely table. Highly recommend.
The wait staff was attentive and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very inviting. The Smoke on the Water cocktail was very good strong but tasty!
It was a quiet evening with no atmosphere but I’m sure when busy it would be great. For a renowned cocktail bar the choices were very limited. Food was good but very overpriced
Wasn't sure what to 3xpect regarding food. It was excellent! Service was very good too. Happy I decided to fine here. Sonia is a fine entertainer. Very enjoyable evening !
