Fusion Spice offers delicious food, prompt service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere. The vada pav was perfectly grilled with just the right amount of chutneys—not overpowering. The Triple Schwan noodles were exceptional, featuring a great balance of spice and authentic Indo-Chinese flavors. I appreciated that they didn’t overuse soy sauce, unlike many other Indian restaurants. The menu here truly stands out. I will definitely return.
