WARNINGS!!!!!!!I will NEVER EVER go to this location again. They should hire better staff and learn how to provide better customer service. I waited more than 30min after placing my order. At first they told me they were busy and the wait time was normal. Then I saw they placed a wrong order on an empty table only then they admitted that they made a mistake on our order. No wonder every time I checked with the staff about my order, they kept asking me *what* I ordered. Shouldn’t the staff know better than me??In terms of the food, the matcha latte was the worst I’ve ever had. The matcha was not mixed well and I could taste the bits of matcha powder. (Writing this at midnight because I'm craving them?)Place was absolutely delicious!! They have a variety of things. Drinks, pancakes, wafflea, cheesecakes and more. The pancakes so fresh, yummy, feel fluffy and light and good portion. Had to force myself to finish because I got with one pancake. It was full when we got there, but thankfully we found a table. Because it's cooked fresh, it can take up to 20min or more to be done. I admire the workers there, there were only 3 ladies, but they were working so hard. Doing so many things at once but being professional, calm, nice and accommodating. Will definitely go back again!
I was at the cashier waiting to place my order, stood there for at least 5 mins .. there was no body in front me and I was completely ignored. There were 4 staff behind the bar. I could see one girl looked up and saw me waiting. Waited another 3 mins at least before a girl finally came around but she went straight to clean a table instead of taking my order …… she clearly saw me waiting as she had to come out from the bar to get to the tables.Especially when the pancakes take 20 mins to make… i would want to put my order in because the staff taking her time to clean the tables when it wasn’t busy at the store.
Cozy dessert house. Clean and spacious. Great place to hang out with friends. Drinks and desserts are good. Average wait time 15-20 mins for the drinks and desserts.
