I ordered through DoorDash and only received half of my order. While DoorDash issued a credit, I still had to pay additional fees to reorder. I called Fuzzy's to express my frustration, but they were unhelpful, stating that since it was a DoorDash order, I would need to drive there for a corrected order and a gift card. The reason I chose delivery was to avoid that hassle. It felt like they were placing all the blame on DoorDash and had a "not my problem" attitude about the situation. It was disappointing, and I won’t be spending my money there again.
I have a friend who worked at this restaurant for about a week and a half to two weeks before finding a job closer to home for convenience. When she went to pick up her final paycheck, it turned out that her check was the only one missing. Despite her attempts to get it, they have been unresponsive. I had no idea this place would treat employees so poorly. The general manager, Victorie, hasn’t taken any action to resolve the issue. This is honestly the worst management I've ever encountered in a company. Service rating: 1.
me and my family love coming here on Tuesday nights to order our favorite taco (the fried avocado and listen to karaoke. problem is, they’ve been mysteriously out of the fried avocado for about 4 weeks now. Not sure why, considering that the other fuzzys downtown can still make them (though that location doesn’t do karaoke, so we don’t like to go there. but it is very disappointing considering that’s the only thing we like to order.
The Grilled Veggies Taco plate is absolutely delicious! I tried the Latin Potatoes for the first time, and I would highly recommend them. My favorite side is definitely the Cilantro Lime Rice; it’s so tasty! Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5.
