I arrived and there was a gentleman already waiting for food. About 3 mins later a bag was brought out and given to him. He left. Shortly after another bag was brought out. After another few mins the server asked why I hadn’t taken the second bag to which I shared it wasn’t my food. I sat there for another few mins until some one finally came to tell me that they had given my food to the guy in front of me. No apologies made or any info shared so I sat there for some more time.
