the worst experience I ever had in this facility! totally disappointed by the service and cleanliness of the restaurants today!? my family has eaten there several times, and like to add to this facility as “upscale coney Island”.... not! we entered and was first ignored when the hostess recognized us, she let us mow away from all the others as if we were a plague, and put us in the back in the kitchen. the area was dirty! the floor was dirty and sticky, under which stood and around him! We asked if someone was in the opposite way coming in and ignored until finally someone came and asked for our order! absolutely not! we didn't want to eat in dirt! my family and I had to go and go somewhere...

sunday brunch buffet is good last visit the service was not. Took my parents for brunch and my mom had to go find a server to refill her coffee since our server never came back
