I usually order often because the hamburgers are pretty good and detached when we have the flea to cook. And even if there is always a problem with delivery, TPE problems, food that always happens cold, I used to warm up my order every time it arrives. So far I have never complained. But then yesterday I received an order, she was to vomit... really nothing but to think about it I want to vomit. I had already received hamburgers not very good from them in the past but there it was AFFREUX. I don’t know what they put in but really....
Good evening Order at 10:00, delivered at 11:40. Everything is cold and half done (burger without cheese, without sauce, no onions... forgetting the payment terminal. Anyway, the whole thing. After a phone call to share our opinion: “I’m sorry we had a big unusual rush, we missed inredients.” No comment. A tip: Avoid to the maximum! Ps: I rarely post my opinion but after such disillusionment.
Nice welcome, smiling. Clean place, serving of generous fries, steak cooked with delicious and consistent grill. First experience of this chain and probably not the last.
Frite really not good, I think the oil was burnt and it had to be changed because there the fries is a catastrophe unlike other G LA DALL !!!!
