we had fondue, the flesh was in order the rest however a catastrophe. service was virtually not available. the fonduepot with the meat was placed on the table. After the supplements were not on the table for 20 minutes later, we had to ask in the kitchen. we also had to pay for the kitchen to find a service power. the supplements to fondue were all from the dose (see photo,) which is why the 68 sfr is to be regarded as absolute cheekness.
in the old lower part of the picturesque village core belonging to the hotel gabriel, we had a sociable evening at the arven restaurant.Our wildmenu at the round table was excellent. the kitchen is flexible and mindful special, even with regard to the portions. the wine selection rather leaner. unfortunately no 3/8 bottles in the offer. fair prices and food offer with local specialties.
during our stay we enjoyed the kulinar impeccable and rich cuisine of the hotel gabriel. in the beautiful arven wood decorated dining room we enjoyed two times to the diner, the daily recommendations of the chef. the breakfast buffet was rich and hardly wished! recommended.

The restaurant is close to the inn. If you are in the center of scuol, you must go down and discover this restaurant offering cheap menus. You've got the hotel. the place is interesting in the summer from its terrace and in winter because of its warm interior.
Great selection of food with a very nice ambient especially for families and people who likes to enjoy good food, nice stay in a familiar atmosphere. Recommended also for a group of people who likes to explore local and traditional food.
we already know the gabriel from numerous visits. This time we enjoyed a fitness plate with a ham carved (perfect cooked) for lunch and the wonderful calves.
