I visited this restaurant to try their pizza, which had a 4 1/2-star rating. I had driven by it many times before and it seemed to be attached to the bottom of a house. Upon entering, I found the atmosphere to be unfriendly. When I tried to place my order, I found the older female cook to be very off-putting. As the cashier was taking our order, the cook interjected that there would be a 30-minute wait. Although I didn't mind the wait, her reaction made me uncomfortable and I decided to take my money elsewhere. I had heard good things about the pizza at this restaurant, but I have to disagree. I called ahead and was told the wait would be 45 minutes. I picked up a large sausage pizza, but after waiting an hour, it was still doughy and undercooked when we got it home. It was inedible and I had to put it in the oven to finish cooking. The sausages were sliced generously, which is why I am giving it 2 stars. The doughy crust and undercooked pizza just didn't meet my high standards for pizza, coming from New York.
Ewww, what is up with the reviews? This is probably the worse pizza I've ever had of my life. Ordered mushroom and sausage pie. I feel like after they half baked the pie, they took a can of mushrooms opened it and dumped it on top of the pizza without even draining the liquid. I came home to a wet box and a soggy pizza. Oh, and let's talk about the cheese... was it even shredded? Seems as if they put chunks of cheese on the pie because it was just a glob. I will never be back

I was excited to try this restaurant before it closed at the end of the month, despite all the hype. Unfortunately, I tried calling 10 times and the phone just kept ringing with no answer. I didn't even know if Gaetanos was still in business.
This restaurant is fantastic! Someone needs to buy the recipe and keep their delicious three cheese pie alive! They will be closing at the end of the month. Service: Takeout Price per person: $20-30.
