We loved this place! The service was friendly and helpful, the outdoor patio was relaxing and shady, and the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. We ordered the Buddha Bowl (light curry on the hot garbanzos plus hot brown rice, the spinach was nicely softened but not wilted by the hot items, cool cucumber dice and shredded radish provided a nice contrast); the Breakfast Burrito (nicely seasoned sausage plus tofu scramble and home fried potatoes, all wrapped in a wheat tortilla and toasted); Tomato Soup (rich and tangy, delicious with the thick sourdough toast); and a lemon cookie (yummy super lemon flavor but too buttery for my taste). I would definitely recommend this place.
While visiting St. George, which is not particularly vegan-friendly, we found ourselves enjoying breakfast at Gaia every day during our vacation. The staff was exceptional, the menu offered a variety of food and drink options, and everything we ate tasted fresh and flavorful. Gaia also had seating available both indoors and outdoors to accommodate different preferences. Keep in mind that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, but open until 8pm on other nights.
Went on a trip to Hurricane and this was the closest all vegan spot nearby, so glad we stopped to check it out! I loved the breakfast burrito, southwestern rice bowl, and the nachos! If I only had to pick one it would be the nachos. We also tried the roast beef sandwich but I found it to be a bit dry. They have limited drinks, but I’d say the flavor of the items we ordered more than make up for it! Definitely check it out if you’re in the area.
This restaurant was a great find during our trip for enjoying coffee, relaxing, and eating for a few hours! The outdoor seating was fantastic, the staff was excellent, and the food was delicious. We tried their coffee, açaí bowls, and breakfast burritos. My partner especially enjoyed the sauce in the burrito. We will definitely return if we are in the area again! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
A surprising find that is not to be missed while in the St. George area. We ordered ahead online so our lunch was ready when we arrived. Cute and comfortable outdoor patio was just we needed after a morning of hiking. Love that everything is vegan. Vegan Roast Beef sandwich (add some vegan bacon and breakfast burrito not to be missed! Can’t wait to return.
I went to this restaurant three days in a row while in St. George! It’s the best vegan restaurant in Utah. Try all the smoothie bowls and the breakfast burrito!
Happy to see there is a fully plant based cafe/restaurant in st George and serves great food. Will come back several times during my trip here.
