Wir buchten hier für ein schnelles (und frühes) Abendessen an einem Freitagabend. Sie waren sehr geräumig, als wir für 18 Uhr buchten, aber mussten um 18.30 Uhr wechseln, in denen sie sehr froh waren. Die Kellnerin war super effizient und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir bestellten den Massaman-Curry, der sehr geschmackvoll war (wenn ein wenig nass, aber wir haben zu viel Reis bestellt, so glücklich, könnten wir die reizvolle Sauce mit unserem zusätzlichen Reis seifen!) Und dem knusprigen Schweinebauch mit grünem Mango-Salat. Wir hatten auch die Hühnerauflage Thai. We booked here for a quick (and early) dinner on a Friday night. They were very accommodating in that we booked for 6pm but needed to change to 6.30pm which they were very happy to do. The waitress was super efficient and very helpful. We ordered the massaman curry which was very flavourful (if a little wet but we ordered too much rice so happily we could soap up the delightful sauce with our extra rice!) and the crispy pork belly with green mango salad. We also had the chicken pad Thai. The crispy pork belly was delicious, crispy well spiced and the salad refreshing and spicy. The pad Thai was a bit bland tasting but was a good accompaniment to the other very flavourful dishes. Nice selecti...
Köstlich. Es ist schwierig, thailändisches Essen in Perth zu finden, das nicht billig und niedrig ist. Das war perfekt. Wir hatten das Pad Prik King Gogg Garnelengericht - beste thailändische Garnelen, die ich je hatte keine Frage. Hatte auch das Massaman-Curry, das sehr schön war und das Cashew-Nusshuhn auch lecker war. Keine Mahlzeiten waren ölig, alles waren Premium und lecker. Wirklich schönes Essen. Ich habe es nur auf eine 4 reduziert, weil ich herausfand, dass sie uns für Wasser auf Rechnung gestellt hatten, als sie es immer wieder zum Tisch brachten ... Das ist schleichend, dass ich das nicht mag.
Delicious. It's difficult to find Thai food in Perth that isn't cheap and low quality. This was perfect. We had the Pad Prik King Goong prawn dish - best Thai prawns I have ever had no question. Also had the Massaman curry which was very nice and the cashew nut chicken also delicious. No meals were oily all were premium and yummy. Really nice quality food. Just reduced it to a 4 because I found out they charged us for water when they kept bringing it to the table...that's sneaky I don't like that. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 For a place that has a fine dining feel and prices to match, we were shocked to be seated at a Bunnings tressel table hidden under a black table cloth! ???? Every dish was well presented, tasted satisfactory but overpriced. A large bowl of tom yum soup with a few prawns was $24 and a bowl of plain rice was $5! Dessert (pictured) is the only thing I would go back for: coconut ice cream with a 'tea-ramisu' ($14). I won't be heading back anytime soon.
This place was very busy for a Tuesday night, so it must be popular, but I was very let down by the portion sizes. We ordered the tofu red curry - delicious, the deep friend tofu with cashew and sweet chilli sauce - average, the massaman beef curry (which is usually a winning dish) was tough. The pad thai was ok, but ive had better at a hawkers. The green curry chicken was also overcooked and the chicken was chewy. Its expensive and the servings are small.
Lovely looking restaurant and the meals were beautifully presented. Food was good but not great, lacking spice and will definitely request extra hot/chilli next time as the standard "medium" was disappointing. Very quick and efficient service although when entree plates were being cleared we were told we had to take back the dirty cutlery and keep them on the table for our mains. I've never had this experience before and I did think it was a bit strange.
