We went in late April 2019 to visit the Santuario San Miguel de Aralar. On leaving, we stopped at the first restaurant we came to, and it was incredible! That day, we were the only guests, and the owner rolled out the red carpet for us. The food was truly outstanding, just like the service. And the building is an authentic caserio, wonderfully decorated. What we had was not cheap about $120 euros for three of us, including hard cider and wine but it was a meal and an experience we will never forget. I highly recommend it.
I haven't been treated so well in a restaurant for a while. the landscape, wood in the home, very high quality and very well cooked product and service with a affection that cannot be paid. Txuletons, cuajada cake and chocolate- caramelized oranges. Ladis galarza the ballri, the one who sends in the house has a client in me forever. I'm actually finished eating and I'm going to give him a hug!

Lugar auténtico de principio a fin. El revuelto de setas y hongos buenísimo pero merece la pena destacar la txuleta. Perfecta, sublime!
