El dueño David, gran hostelero empleado desde muy jovencito en el bar Rugaca regentado por Gregorio Gracia que le enseñó todo lo referente a la buena hosteleria, y sigue en esa línea, totalmente recomendable, cocina casera y muy bien elaborada
