What a wonderful find!! This gorgeous wine bar in the heart of Pyrmont was just what my partner and I needed after a tough weekend. We booked a table late Saturday afternoon through the Zomato app (which was really handy) after just seeing it pop it every now and then. Our reservation was for Sunday evening. When we arrived, we were instructed it was bar service which was fine, we didn't take long to chose the menu! gallon is a refreshing pizza and winery with a green and luxuriant courtyard popular with office workers in pyrmont. they offer an eclectic mix of pizzas, salads and small bites with modern European and Asian influences, which I have tried their traditional sausage pizza during my visit last week. the pizza has a thin crust weighted by the ingredients, so that it hangs through after a past. Nevertheless, the taste place is refreshing and delectable, they try when they were in the environment.

I had the chichen wings. Delicious. Just the way I like em. Sticky vinegary with a bite. Want to try the wood fired pizza next time. A few beer options for choice. Nice place. Good crowd.

great place for a drink and common teller. prawn pizza is a winner and the wine selection is excellent. the hof is relaxing and beautifully decorated.
