Paco is the third generation of these cider goldsmiths, and nerea has cows that mime with as much care as it serves them at the table, at its ripening point and brazide. you will not find another more friendly, more professional, richer and more grateful place in igueldo. the chop, magnificent; the merluza, sideral. cannot be missed.
