We had dinner at the hotel, and it was £72 per person, which we felt was not worth it. Our group ordered the beef medallions, but the beef was cooked rare to medium and, more importantly, was of very poor quality—certainly not fillet. We were quite disappointed. The chef did offer us turkey after we voiced our concerns, but by then it was too late. The staff were lovely, and we left a generous tip, but overall, the food was really unsatisfactory.
Stayed overnight last weekend and had such a great time. The staff, Ross and Connor, were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful, amazing food for dinner as always and a fab breakfast served as room service. Hands down the best night's sleep I think I've ever had in a hotel ????????. Would highly recommend the hotel and restaurant ????
Myself and my new husband got married here on Sunday 20th September 2020. Ourselves and guests could not have felt safer with covid measures in place. Fabulous, friendly staff team who could not do enough for us with planning, during and after with a ver special thank you to John, Lisa, Connor and Leigh. We will be returning very soon
We had a wonderful meal here today. The food was fantastic, and the staff were incredible. Ross had a great sense of humor and interacted wonderfully with the kids. I can’t remember the name of the other gentleman from Moodiesburn, but he was also very attentive and had great conversation. We will definitely be back! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Ross was incredible in guiding us through all the COVID restrictions and addressing any concerns we hadn’t considered. On the day of our visit, John did a fantastic job coordinating everything; every detail and request was handled seamlessly, allowing us to relax without having to lift a finger. Thank you both! xx
