Habe am Freitagabend versucht, einen Tisch zu bekommen - normalerweise ohne Chance... dieses Mal hatten wir Glück! Wir haben noch am selben Abend einen Tisch bekommen!!!Bei der Ankunft waren wir von der Speisekarte positiv überrascht - österreichische Küche! mmmmhh... Kalbfleisch nach Wiener Art, Tafelspitz – was für eine tolle Idee! Wir bekamen ein Amuse Bouche, wie wir es noch nie zuvor hatten! lecker. auch das Hauptgericht, unübertroffen! Die Portion war so riesig – wir waren satt, also keine Chance auf Nachtisch. Der Abend war, um es einfach zu halten, einfach perfekt! Ich kann es kaum erwarten, wieder dort zu sein! Vielen Dank, Leute – bitte geht diesen Weg weiter!
Extremely good food is being served in a old Swiss farmhouse environment. Certainly very nicely kept and tasteful refurbished. Crew is extremely friendly and the plates are not only very very good for tasting but also pieces of art by itself. We had a salmon mousse as an appetizer and the filet chateaubriant, which tasted extremely good, for the main course. Go there! Try it out!
Die Schweizer Küche ist vielleicht nicht die berühmteste der Welt, aber ansonsten ist dies ein wahres Juwel. Das Abendessen war absolut fabelhaft, genauso wie der Service. Die beiden Besitzer verstehen wirklich, was es braucht, um großartige Gastgeber zu sein. Ich kann dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen.
It is the perfect fusion between haute cuisine and local specialties. The restaurant is held in old style but with a modern attitude. Outstanding quality of food and affordable selected wines of high quality. A place to visit more than one time.
