Wir haben für das Wochenende vom 19. bis 20. August 2023 zwei Comfort Doppelzimmer im Haupthaus (3 Sterne für 95,00 €) gebucht und hatten dafür auch eine Bestätigung erhalten. Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns jedoch mitgeteilt, dass wir ins Gästehaus (2 Sterne) umziehen müssen, in Zimmer 6, das bereits mehrfach mit Bildern gepostet wurde. Die Zimmer sind winzig und unansehnlich, und das Bett ist nur 140 cm breit! Das wollten wir so nicht akzeptieren. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption war äußerst unhöflich und von oben herab. Er meinte nur, wir müssten entweder diese beiden DOPPELZIMMER nehmen oder könnten in ein anderes Hotel gehen. Darüber hinaus behauptete er, dass im Hotel Nagel keine bestimmt...
Ich hatte dort für zwei Nächte gebucht, das Zimmer 6 befand sich im Gasthaus. Ich kann es überhaupt nicht empfehlen, siehe Fotos. Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und unschön. Der Duschkopf war völlig verkalkt, das Wasser spritzte in alle Richtungen, das ist nicht erst seit kurzem so. Das WC wackelt. Im Zimmer riecht es dauerhaft nach Toilette. Der Laminatboden am Eingang zum Bad ist durch Wasserschaden unschön. Der Fenstergriff wackelt und ist nicht richtig befestigt. Die Wände, insbesondere am Bett und Fenster, sind schmutzig. Das ist ekelhaft! Auch der Eingangsbereich und das Treppenhaus sind sehr abgenutzt. Nachdem ich diese Mängel an der Rezeption gemeldet habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass...
The room was nice, relatively new but unfortunately very loud. Unfortunately only 3 stars because from the first day of booking until departure there was only chaos and in some cases the booking was made incorrectly, it took 6 x communication to clarify it and something was wrong again on site. Unfortunately, friendliness was very rare (employees at the top level, whether junior or senior... well) Breakfast was nicely done and tasty, plenty of choice! Plus point: there was oat milk! You can do it, but then communicate everything very clearly and, above all, check against it 3 times.
The rooms in the new guesthouse are absolutely good. Please note there is no elevator to the 1st floor. The restaurant is really good with delicious food and good beer. The outdoor area is also inviting. The parking situation is a bit difficult, but it's okay. The breakfast is good, only the breakfast room has more of a cafeteria feel. Overnight stay after a celebration. We slept in the guest house. The room was clean and we slept well in the beds. The facilities are very simple and the room is very small. If you look out the window you can see garbage cans. The price for accommodation is cheap and you shouldn't expect too much. If you want to stay overnight inexpensively, you've come to the right place. I didn't use breakfast Rooms: 4
Prices/performance ratio is completely right here. The breakfast is also great. We were there as a couple and can recommend it without reservation. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut.
