We were there shortly after the opening in the morning and when we took our order, we were told that our food would only be ready 30 minutes later. It wasn't a problem for us. The dishes we ordered were all freshly prepared and handmade. Prices correspond to the normal level, but the shares were significantly larger than usual. We had onion roasts and 2 different versions of Cordon bleu. The onion roast was perfectly boiled to the desired degree. We are happy to return to/from Memmingen on our next flight.
