Horrible. We arrived, kindly asked for the menu in English. Not a word from the waitress, she rolled her eyes because we did not speak German and gave us a mean look. She came back, threw the menu's on the table. Again, not a single word or smile. We asked if we could pay with Visa, she just ignored us and walked away. We left :
I only had a drink here during a bike ride but there was a great atmosphere, lots of people having lunch and a very cheerful and helpful waitress who didn't mind the cycling gear or small order. The church and museum next door are well worth visiting (NB beware limited visiting times for the museum)
You have to know Austrians are very nice and helpful please take them as they are and you will have a great evening! We totally enjoyed the food, especially the staff, the nice place outside and inside, the 'disco dance night ' on a Friday. Will have a stop there every time when close.
Ich habe diesen Gasthof während eines Besuchs der Achenseebahn besucht, das war genau die Art von Erlebnis, die ich gesucht habe. Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, nicht teuer, die Suppen sind sehr lecker und auch die anderen Speisen, die ich empfehlen kann
