This inn in a small village about 15 minutes from Friborg is worth a visit. After crossing the bar room where card players and regulars gather, you reach a small restaurant room where the space between the tables will give you your privacy. A very short menu guarantees you cuisine made from seasonal and fresh products. We tasted the first menu at 72 FCH composed of 3 very generous dishes, which we enjoyed. The service is as attentive as it is family-friendly. An address to discover where you will come out saying to yourself: “When are we going back?”.
I asked for a dish without sauce, because it had lactose in it. What was my surprise when the plate arrived! The cook made me a special lactose-free sauce to accompany my meat and he gave me vegetables without butter. Thank you for this kind and pleasant attention which made me so happy!
