Having a food solo is never as much fun as with some friends or family together, but this great find made it so much easier. Both the owner and the waitress have made me welcome and given me a nice table. Surprisingly, most tables were either in use or reserved for groups arriving at 8:00 so that this place bounces. The location of this restaurant is unpaid in the old part of the city within the main square, which has recently been restored to its former glory. Mein Cousin und ich sind in die Altstadt von Neuburg gegangen, um ein wenig spazieren zu gehen und früh zu Abend zu essen. Dieses Restaurant war freundlich und gemütlich, mit einem großen Keramikofen, der Wärme ausstrahlte. Das Essen war traditionell und angenehm. Das Parken ist schwierig, aber in der Altstadt zu dieser Jahreszeit zu finden. Verpassen Sie nicht einen Besuch in der wunderschönen Hofkirche über dem Platz, wenn sie geöffnet ist.

This is a cosy little place with great food. Worth a visit! I ate a vegetarian knödel with mushrooms and it was heavenly. Really tasty! And so filling. My partner thought the meat was tender, but it didn’t taste much. He also thought the semmelknödel was boring but the potato knödel was nice. We had a very nice evening there and enjoyed food and atmosphere. Will definitely be there again for dinner.
