First of all I must say that when I review a restaurant I always try to rate my overall experience and not only the food. If I had to rate this restaurant only based on the food and the product that I ate, I would probably have to give it a Excellent rating. However, when I came out of this restaurant wishing I would have never went there, then I have to give a terrible rating. One of the reasons I feel this way was because I have a very good understanding of the restaurant offering in Vitoria, and when I compare my experience and the price I pay with other alternatives in Vitoria, it made me feel terrible about my choice. El lugar es agradable, la comida muy rica y el servicio muy amable pero apareció una mesa de unos 20 chicos de algún equipo de deporte, al parecer, patrocinados por el dueño y tomó total posesión del comedor. Empezaron a hacer discursos y a repartir trofeos acompañados de pitidos, aplausos, palmadas en la mesa, patadas al suelo... En fin, imposible mantener ningun tipo de conversación pero nadie del personal les pidió que bajarán el nivel de ruido. Insoportable la falta de educación así que tuvimos que terminar rápido de comer e ir fuera a tomar el café.
Comedor muy pequeño llenas, con en este caso 3 mesas grandes. Nos pusieron al lado de la puerta de entrada y salida: había que mover las sillas para que el resto de comensales entraran y salieran. A pesar de llegar los segundos, salimos los últimos con más de 1 hora de diferencia. Tardanza de tiempo increíblemente larga entrr el suministro de platos entrantes, primeros y segundos. El reparto de las raciones de pescado tuvimos que hacerla (en parte) nosotros. En fin, no volveré.
Muy buen producto y presentación. La camarera un encanto comimos ensaladilla de bogavante, tacos de manitas deshuesadas, alcachofas rellenas, carrilleras y rodaballo. Todo excelente, sobretodo el bogavante que la camarera lo reparte en mesa dejándole bien limpio y de postre tarta de queso y torrija. La única pega es que es caro pero producto, presentación y servicio de 10

We were handed a worn-out laminated menu without prices and with many items unavailable. No wine list, the waiter asked us to look at a display wall behind other guests, which was uncomfortable for all parties. Unable to get answer as to origin of the chuletón de vaca. That apart, the food was excellent, wine impeccable and coffee great.
Muy buen restaurante en el centro de Vitoria. El besugo genial, los entrantes algo justos pero muy bien cocinados. La,atención muy buena y el ambiente también. Conviene reservar pues el comedor es pequeño
Vas a tomar un vino a las 21'50 y te dicen k solo sirven hasta las 10... Pero observando sirven después de las 10 a quien le da la gana....es una camarera
The food is of a very good quality and nicely cooked. The price is reasonable, I will definitely go back.
