I've been to Gather twice now in the past 5 days. I don't know why it took me so long to try this place; but it's delicious food. The atmosphere is super welcoming, and the waitresses were so nice both times. The chef interacted with us too, and he was also super nice. I think that the mornay sauce on the corned beef poutine is life-changing... not to be overly dramatic. It was delicious. And the toast! I have never been to a breakfast place where I finish all of the toast, and definitely not before the food! I had raisin toast that was amazing on Saturday and wheat today. The bread is fantastic. We tried the strawberry butter that the chef made on our toast and I wanted to straight up steal...
Would be 5 stars, only problem is this place is so popular that their busy hours come with a bit of lost quality. It's a good problem to have and hoping as time goes on, they'll get the balance right. To be fair, their dishes are so good that even with missed finishing touches or ingredients...everything is still great. Just you notice your disappointment at the missing cherry on top.Vegetarian options: One salad on menu, otherwise a lot of egg based dishes
My mother brought me here for breakfast to celebrate my birthday. Service was great, and the food was also great. Got the Bolo breakfast sandwich (Portuguese English muffin). The egg was cooked to perfection And was delicious. The potatoes it came with were also delicious. I Knew this place was here, wish I came sooner. Will definitely be back
Excellent food...farm to table...great friendly service...the hash is outstanding with peppers and onions and cooked to perfection home fries...Very clean and when it gets warm you can sit at the tables on the porch...a must go too! ask for their homemade (by the chef) daily muffins...unbelievable...10's at least

We drove here on our way from to the Cape (from Boston). Was a 30’ detour after seeing the reviews and absolutely worth it. My husband ordered chefs choice and gave it 10/10, my avocado toast was perfect, and the staff and chef were an absolute delight. Fab homemade hot sauce, North Carolina style.
Coffee is great, but they put green spices on my eggs which were not expected or enjoyed.The 2nd visit, I showed up today “Sunday” at 12:10pm they closed at noon. Only breakfast place I know that closes that early.Taking this place off the dance card.
Gather is a charming little breakfast place that offers outdoor seating. The food is incredible! The chef and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting Gather! Food: 5/5

Such a cute little spot. Gives you a small town feel. Great service and food. Breakfast Burrito was delicious. The blueberry French toast were to die for.
This has become our new favorite breakfast place! The service was excellent and friendly, and the food was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!
