When the check finally arrived, I noticed an error: we were charged the regular price for the drink special instead of the special rate listed on the board, and we were incorrectly charged for a mixed drink instead of the beer, which was twice the price! I brought this to the waitress's attention, and she apologized, assuring me she would fix it. After another 10 minutes, I went to the register to pay without having received a corrected bill. We drove to Martinsville for lunch today to try out this restaurant. It’s conveniently located just a block south of the town square, with ample street parking available. My wife and I ordered the loaded baked potato topped with brisket, and it was simply delicious. The potatoes were large, well-cooked, and generously piled high with toppings. The highlight was the brisket on top, which was a substantial portion, smoky, BBQ-flavored, and incredibly tender. Our server was quick to seat us and take our orders. The restaurant was clean and inviting, despite being quite busy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20.
Super delicious, decent portions for the price, and nice patio! Shauna was our server and she was quick to get our food out. (which we were grateful for, we were all hunrgy! She is attentive and friendly.
